Welcome Paul Leonard, President of Lithko Contracting.

As Lithko continues to expand its national footprint and strengthen operational performance, we are pleased to welcome Paul Leonard as President of Lithko Contracting. Paul will report directly to CEO Rob Strobel and will play a key role in leading Lithko through its next phase of growth.

Paul joins Lithko from Keller, where he served as President of North America, overseeing a $2.4 billion business with more than 4,000 employees. Throughout his career, Paul has been recognized for building high-performing teams, executing disciplined operational strategies, and delivering consistent results in demanding environments.

In his role as President, Paul will focus on supporting the company’s growth while sustaining operational excellence across the organization. He brings a leadership philosophy centered on empowered teams, strong customer partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and execution.

Paul holds a degree in Engineering from Memorial University. Outside of work, he is passionate about developing future leaders and is actively involved in coaching youth hockey. Paul and his wife Cathy, live int Texas with their two children, Rhys (13) and Bria (12).
