Jimmy Pniewski joined The Pritzker Organization in 2022. He currently serves as a Board Observer on Lithko Contracting and STV. Prior to joining TPO, Jimmy worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs in Chicago. While at Goldman Sachs, Jimmy provided a variety of investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and equity and debt financings for both publicly traded and private equity-owned clients. Jimmy graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Missouri, where he received a BSBA with a major in Finance and Banking.
