Jason Pritzker

Jason Pritzker is a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of The Pritzker Organization. He is focused on partnering with and investing in best in class management teams across diverse industry verticals and at all points in a company’s life cycle. He is Executive Chairman of TMS International and serves on the Board of Directors of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Lithko Contracting LLC and Omni Logistics. Mr. Pritzker joined The Pritzker Organization in 2013. Previously, he held roles at The Marmon Group, Goldman Sachs, and Hyatt Hotels Corp. Mr. Pritzker graduated from Brandeis University in 2002. He currently resides in Chicago with his wife Erin and daughters Winona and Elliot and is on the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry.
