Rob Strating joined the Pritzker Organization in 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Crown Healthcare Laundry Services. Prior to joining, he worked as a Director for Marmon Holdings, where he led several significant business turnarounds. While at Marmon, he was responsible for creating an 80/20 culture for 22,000 employees in more than 120 businesses. Prior to Marmon, he started and grew an 80/20-focused consulting company. He was with Illinois Tool Works for 11 years in several operating and leadership positions. Rob graduated summa cum laude from Cornerstone University with a BSBM.
