Eric Zhang joined The Pritzker Organization in early 2026. As an Operations Executive – Digital Transformation, he brings over 15 years of global operating and entrepreneurial experience across technology and traditional industries, having worked in the U.S., Canada, China, Singapore, and France. His career spans startups and multinationals in sectors including tech, e-mobility, automotive/aerospace, and consumer goods. Prior to joining TPO, Eric was Head of Tech Accelerator at L’Oréal Group in Paris, where he led AI and digital transformation initiatives across a diverse set of businesses and operations. Earlier, he was part of the corporate development team at NIO Motors in Shanghai, a leading electric vehicle company, where he co-led fundraising and helped shape its autonomous driving and electric powertrain strategy. He also led market entry and product innovation for ITW during China’s automotive electrification wave. Eric is a two-time startup founder across Shanghai and Singapore, with one successful exit. He holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA at INSEAD (INSEAD-Wharton Alliance).
