Jason Sussman

Jason Sussman joined The Pritzker Organization in 2013.  He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.  His related current and past board positions include Ferian Re, Steward Partners, Portfolio Group, GreyCastle Holdings and Financeit.  In addition, he manages a hybrid capital portfolio that includes credit and preferred equity investments.  He serves as a Lecturer in Law at UChicago Law School, and as a member of the advisory councils of the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering, UChicago Hillel, and Invest for Kids. Previously, he was a vice president in structured finance at Barclays Capital, where he held a proprietary investments role. Before that, he was a corporate and tax associate at Davis, Polk and Wardwell. Mr. Sussman is a CFA charterholder. He received his BA and JD from Columbia University.
